That is Christopher Cook's number, the Ombudsman office. Everyone who has called this number will tell you that they don't know squat about anything. I've had a total of 2 hours call time with Chris and believe me, I can 100% say they don't know anything about anything. Its actually upsetting that the guys who are supposed to audit FINRA's process are this incompetent. I honestly don't know why they even get paid - the Ombudsman office is a joke. And an even funnier joke for anyone to say that they know anything besides nothing.
