Try and email the company. They responded to me on Wednesday about the closing. I am sending another email to ask if they can provide a rough estimate on the number of remaining shares that might be entering the market and what the intention of the dilution is. I believe that it is the last of the dilution to pay off the rest of their debt in order to have a clean slate with the acquisition. If that's the case, based off the total debt they had remaining as of the last filing they should be just about all done. Which might be perfect timing if it finishes up just before the acquisition closing and we can move up quickly without a lot of resistance.
