When $VCEL links with a Partner for Icell DCM then a protocol for a Phase3 trial would be detailed in discussion with the FDA. In my Pharma experience such a trial could be IMO approx +200 to 300 persons over 2 years which could be costs in the $10 mil range. All inclusion/exclusion criteria would be based on the successful $VCEL Phase2B trial.
