Nothing will change here until Mr President puts all the culprits in jail. A month ago THEY sold 130,000,000 shares at .0005/6/7, and it took THEM a month to buy them back at .0003/4 . Maybe this afternoon or next week, the same thing will happen. It's been going on for 2 years. What do you expect when there's nobody home. jmo of course.
