The dumping of shares under the DOLV symbol has been by a particular firm, they keep boxing in the shares and driving the price downwards.

OTC site is not updated because those who own shares know what is the float. Anyway you dont need to know the float since you are not in. If you get in then you will also know what is the float.....lol

Yes you are right dumping of shares by shareholders into their account is really extraordinary. They are dumping it all the time for last 5 -6 months into their various trading accounts and that is called accumulation in trading language......but what do I know........lol
