Good observation. This paid promotion even states they expect the share price to drop after the promotion ends. I think they are using what could be solid technology that has not sold to get peoples money. If you lived in Flint, Michigan you might be okay with the monster machine in you back yard, but would want it next to you if you lived in California? It would take years to get a permit and environmental clearance.
But these facts don't matter, we can keep talking here about how the bid is getting stronger and the stock (with the promotion) is trading nicely.
