RD; Agreed. Why wouldn't people want to sell SIAF after the ex date?

If TRW gives cash dividends then that wouldn't help much for the PPS of SIAF post ex date UNLESS SIAF gives it's dividends from TRW as cash dividends to it's shareholders. I don't think that will happen though, I think Solomon will spend that money on cap ex (which is ok by me IF he will support the PPS FIRST).

If SIAF does buybacks then that would only be an exit for people to sell the SIAF-shares and get away from the a-shares once and for all. The sentiment will change when we get closer to the ex date, but god knows that shareholders are fed up with the a-shares.

However, if CA gets a major deal then SIAF would have another nice source of income which they can use for cash dividends. I guess they will not do cash dividends (unless they have WAY to much money), but reinvest that in SJAP, HU or your chickens :p BUT the rumours says that CA could be listed before TRW (i.e before 2019/2020) - now, CA needs another deal before listing. SO, if we have an upcoming ex date for CA - a CA with a big juicy deal - then who would want to sell their SIAF-shares post ex date TRW and pre ex date CA? :-) *drool* lol

O-oh, last post for the day :o

EDIT; shares on Merkur increased to 3 414 776 btw.

Of course, totally forgot about all the exiting stuff for CA for a while (the main reason not to sell your Siaf shares after the X-dare of the Tri-way distribution).
