Snow; Agreed, the loan is probably not closed, but - unless this a carrot - should be pretty close to be closed (or at least very certain that it WILL be closed this year).

Still no official PR though.

I mean it may be a matter of dotting the I's and crossing T's. Reading between the lines, bought heavily yesterday on OTC. Like i said before, I will enjoy the short squeeze here, especially if the news of the MegaLoan is released soon.
