The o/s on the OTC states the 1.46 billion shares which is exactly how many A shares have been declared to exist. Insiders own 37.3% of those shares. Therefore the float is

920,000,000.


It looks like the transfer agent provided the A/S associated for the A shares of 3 billion imo. The B shares have 1.5 billion total, so I imagine they have an A/S attributed of 2 billion. Total A/S is 5 billion

However,

The B shares are 100% owned by insiders and have a 10:1 voting aspect. They are not trading per the recent declaration.
