Based on that 200k ask wall id say they trying to load cheaply but someone with free shares so it appears is whacking all bids so they dont need to hit the ask

Evebtually this f*** will be done dumping abd the ride back to. 02 will be fast..this share structure is still so tiny for an 01 stock.
