* I never did get an answer back from the Transfer Agent yesterday. However the certification papers were used to get these numbers.
* Good eye Skyzone, I did not pick that up. That is a typo on an official certification application to the OTC, I hope it wont be tossed out altogether by the OTC.

* Insiders hold 137.3M shares. I am assuming these are restricted.
