I believe it will be the last time a LOT of people play penny stocks if Tom fails. I've read over and over of people who have thrown staggering amounts into it. Further, I've read some have convinced family and friends to buy in. Way to put a relationship on the line.
I agree Tom has a great CV. However, he is cocky/pompous. That is a scary issue. I'm not saying Tom is blowing sunshine up our arses, but cocky people tend to do it.
The other by-product of purposely creating a cult-stock is you have shareholders shouting the ticker from the roof tops. You know what that gives the appearance of? That also invites the prying eyes of bashers and regulatory authorities. I've seen it happen a couple times. It can blow up pretty quick.
But, like I said...potential. If they can get current while taking care of those notes; an 8-k press release of deals and numbers will give significant gains.
