With your help a few months ago, that is the way that I am reading that. And that is the reason I am looking towards Nov. as the reload time. If I'm wrong, I can always jump in after it begins.
Contrary to "Urban Myth"(my opinion), chasing is not a bad thing. I prefer it to sitting on stagnate, or worse, declining money.
