If you feel like it's going to pop soon (i.e. as little waiting as possible), and if you have the money to commit, get as many shares as you can. The key to OTC is finding exponential % gains without having to wait too long.

I'm still a bagholder from January but I've averaged down to under .002, so I'm pretty happy right now. I think it's going to run in October. $MJTK
