Yes, I believe so. The HALT was a Nasdaq HALT which would not apply on OTC Markets.

Once Brokers make the Market change sometime tomorrow morning the stock should begin trading, notwithstanding some Brokers may be slower than other Brokers in making the change. If anyone has concerns just phone your Broker in the morning to light a fire under their butts.
