...absolutely...but XXII is adept at "spinning" news...and it already has been restated as "results" and "conclusions" ...this AM... with a little caveat at the end "still under peer review"...
lets see how smart the market is on the pop. (usually it is reactive, then sobers up)...IMHO...baked into the stock, except for those hearing it for the first time.
anticipated study (and results) will be used by FDA to promote VLN...but timing and extent will be the issue...
Bottom line...BT entering into a licensing agreement with XXII will be the "proof of concept" and the endorsement needed for price traction and holding.
