You do your thing Doc. Remember, the longer this guy uses your name, the greater potential there is for him to cause reputational damage to your company...that could be worth millions by itself. Were it not for this, i'd say don't worry about it because Rufus is too incompetent(or just plain dumb) to really accomplish any of the things he claims, including a hostile takeover....but since your ability to gain funding depends on your name, you ought to take it very seriously...
