Yup, all those reg sho's are there because no one shorts... Smh... Tia true regular retail can't, or doesn't short because it would be prohibitively expensive... MM's and large offshore hedge funds had plenty of time to set positions with the filing released at 6am... 300 million shares isn't retail either...

Per otc markets... Short interest actually had a whopping 1,710.15% increase from aug 15-aug31 from 38,000 to 688,000... Report is not in for sept. They were reg sho flagged (meaning significant failure to deliver) five times in one week back in 2009... I expect we might see some more with the next filing...
