yes filing the S-1 is huge for them, Alex does have a plan, but has not shared it with any shareholders, guaranteed that would be insider, but it still makes it questionable. I believe him as he has fulfilled what he has told us so far

I am hoping things happen a lot quicker than that. They are suppose to start shipping socks shortly, I ordered a bunch, so look forward to seeing them. $$$ UATG $$
