The timing coincided perfectly with the price target raise. Could be both short covering as well as new buyers or those adding to their positions. A target price of $24 for a stock trading at less than 1/3 that price is an intriguing buy.
Not to mention all the other reasons I'd believe this is a fantastic buy. I realistically expect $20-30 a share by April 2018.
