These are destructive terms and wont allow the stock to appreciate by much.

There is no hurry to fund the long term AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CHART... Fund responsibly as the stock appreciates. Raising more and more $$$ with less and less stock over time

How does a 70% drop help the long term growth of this company?! This deal will weigh on its shoulders going forward.

... not including the trust which has been lost.

IMO this could bounce back to .003+/- near term, but it wont be seeing the type of gains people were looking for yesterday. Expectations have to be adjusted.
