I am not 100% sure you guys are reading todays filing properly. I know when you file a registration they make you register all your shares outstanding not just the new shares you are selling. I think todays filing says they are selling shares at 1 cent. They are just registering the shares outstanding. Not sure why it mentions .001 for the shares being registered. That could be the par value. I would check with Troy on this. I think you guys might have over reacted.
