Again, this is NOT toxic financing. He took out 2.2 billion shares and raised $1,000,000 with less than half that diluted back. AND we will have something to show for the million dollars!
He is getting his new attorney working on the 220 million Joe Overcash shares to get them out of the O/S.
We will be fine here IMO, he is not going to go dark on us, a number of PR's to follow over the next 30 to 45 days.
The Reg A is in stronger hands not Ihubbers hands (thank goodness). It can't be sold immediately.
The Reg A price of .001 has nothing to do with "where SNMN has to go..."
