DarkPulse and BVTK have a JV in the works with a 60-40 splits on revenues. If DarkPulse lands a $1B contract, BVTK stands to earn $400M. Some of the deals appear to be larger in potential as Dennis keeps using the word PLUS when describing them. Global connections, multiple projects in the works.
