I am not a stock expert, however I believe the company is "releasing" additional shares of the 5.5 billion common shares through their stock agent. the Det. calls them regularly to get updated outstanding shares information. The company still has a way to go before there are no more shares to release or dilute into the market. the fear of course is another reverse split that looks highly likely as the days go by. if you have L2 capability ( I don't) you can watch when this happens. from what I understand it is daily. With no mention of real revenue, it is Bruce's only way of keeping the place running.
