The parities was dismissed without prejudice meaning that they can be filed a claim against them if they wanted to. It is disturbing what he did not show cars, and why they did not attempt to serve them through public notice if necessary. Maybe because of these three were such a low volume that it probably wasn't worth the cost and effort to pursue this small amount of shares compared to the bigger fish.

Note that 18 people/entities received shares for "consulting" on 9/8/2014 alone. If I were a defendant, I'd be nervous. Looks fishy to me.
