Seems like you got it right but some people either misread it or deliberately played the selling game. Check out a Seeking Alpha piece about a hour ago that calls deal a huge bite for shareholders and puts DCIX NAV at $25. I thought the selling was clueless and added to previous position. The volume and persistence of the sellers though makes you wonder whether drugs were involved. Lol
