You know exactly what i am saying. NDA's are a common business practice when you share or present information to a vendor or a potential partner. The piece of paper does not signify anything other then you have agreed not to disclose information discussed with any other company or individual. The .01% i am referring to are the ones where an actual transaction takes place. The "longs" on here want to pretend an NDA is a contract. Do you actually believe an NDA was signed two years ago for funding or a partnership? That's called a contract or letter of agreement which must be disclosed to shareholders.
