Thanks for sharing this. It's like Paul parotid me in why they should get a license asap and start growing. This news is still a little fluffy in that it's an agreement. Had he said they made a deposit, or finalized the deal, that would have been less fluffy.
I can't call the pricee action on this news, but will say it likely established a floor at 16. I still think it would be good for mcig to fill the gaps in the 17s before running, and if MMs are smart, they'll try to do it before a done deal on the land is made.
A done deal is what longs need, and nothing short of that to break this out of the long term down trend. If they follow through, I'll consider a long position vs a flip.
