Lol, you mention all things HPNN does NOT have.

Now again with all things that are factually correct?

- 7.5B A/S
- No business license
- No registered agent
- Convicted felon as CEO
- No current reporting ("Dark" on otcmarkets), STOP sign
- Never reported any offical revenues in financial statements, although many PR's in the past stated new product launches, contracts and patents
- Tried to reverse split the stock, which was rejected by FINRA
- Not even mentioned the CEO's private problems and disputable reputation

I think that's quite a bunch of RED FLAGS.
