$MCOA is also working on creating strains for sale in California and with a company in Canada, all, as they say, when it's legal.

From that article, "Legalized cannabis could bring the city up to $100 million in new tax revenues per year", and that's just LA, one city, just imagine, if you can, what the whole state will bring in...How can other states not follow when they see the financial benefits? They can't NOT follow!
