I have no idea why you would think eTrade is for high rollers - my guess is that a majority of OTCM investors use eTrade.
Serious penny stock investors use a broker that allows you to choose how to route your order - eTrade only has one route.
Here is what is funny - the minimum required to open a etrade account is $500 and the minimum for a Scottrade account is $2500.
