To your knowledge, does Mcoa have, or has it applied for a license to sell medical/recreational mj in California? Or does it have a partnership with someone else that does.

Being a CA based Company doesn't mean anything unless you can sell in CA

I know about their HempSmart Brand, but that's not where the money is to be made.

Anybody know?
