Terrible news for TEVA as well. I believe if it was MNTA 40mg getting approval today the reaction would be less severe.

The TEVA board on iHub has become a home for daytraders; they probably know little or nothing about generic Copaxone.

According to the CEO, MNTA designed around TEVA’s Copaxone-manufacturing patents and hence was never at risk from the lawsuit in question.
