this is a slippery slope companies that learn to issue and dump stock don't usually change their spots, they learn the act of selling stock and that's the business model they adopt. IMO they will have many more shares to hit the market when the next company news is cooked up!

also in September they fired their auditors and hired a different firm that could adjust to new new accounting? Questions here please? smelling more and more like a pink sheet stock
