'caloosa' After you posted about not getting a response via E-MAIL, I called BTCS{202-430-6576}, @ about 10 past 3 o'clock EST, when you would have expected someone to be in the office. The phone rang for about 10 times & NO ANSWERING Service, NO SECRETARY, NO BTCS employee, Only Investor Relations message telling me "We are unable to respond to all telephone inquiries, just email BTCS" This appears to be a one-person operation, with NOTHING going on, other than the LOI, which may turn out to be nothing more than smoke & mirrors, just to sell stock in what appears to be a shell Co., with NO product, NO services, NO revenue. When a Co. fails to meet the minnimum criteria for a viable ongoing concern, such as answering the phone during NORMAL business hours, either by a Co. employee or proxy, but instead uses an answering device, it tells me that BTCS is probably a 2-bit penny stock & that the principal{s} probably aren't/isn't particularly concerned about stockholders. If you GOGLE their address, it's nothing more than a store front in a strip mall, facing the back of a car wash & either next to a Post Express Store or using Post Express as BTCS's store front{9466 Georgia Ave. #124, Silver Springs MD}. After seeing what this Co. is really all about, I sold every last share of BTCS, this is non-sense, IMO. GLTA Play it as you see it
