the GSEs gained PPS on the anticipaton of NEWS from Mel Watt

taking action on the NWS ... as soon as HE personally confirmed

that was NOT gonna happen this QTR the PPS drop was inevitable ...

the price hung in there temporarily with NEWS Mel is talking to

Mnuchin on a resolution which won't happen anytime soon ...

until we get additional (hopefully positive) NEWS from a

Court ruling the PPS is at the mercy of the cesspool OTCBB,

the SHORTS and criminal MMs that operate on the OTCBB ...

I'm standing by with lots of DRY Powder until then ...
