The former CEO made the decision to cease SEC reporting in April 2015. Under the current CEO, the Company is Current in its reporting under the Alternative Reporting Standard.

Ceasing to register shares and filing regulatory reports to the SEC is not called going "dark" which is the term you used and I corrected. The company didn't go private.

Since you just added another concern about auditing, the current CEO has stated their plan to audit their financials.
