People are having trouble getting one's filled. AS was increased, not the OS. IMO AS was increased for future acquisitions. The last AS increase was just prior to Blackfox closing & when the AS was increased the OS remained the same, then soon after BlackFox closed. This most recent increase would be done for the same reason.
