Yes, he is a licensed MD in the state of FL and also carries the MMJ Certification.

He is definitely legit and licensed for what he is doing. Perfect record with no disciplinary action. But it is Dr. Bernard who has the license not PAOG. OK maybe indirectly as long as Dr. Bernard stays on the PAOG BOD.
