R/S info, Just click on "See more posts for GRCK.." at the bottom and scroll down. R/S planned, right there. Did I put it there? It's penny land. Everything is possible. They might not do it, but they have been dumping shares since 9/20/17. Just after first LOI to purchas, that fell through. There is no guarantee this time they will close the incoming acquisition. I hope they will, but it's a risky stock. IMO. GRCK. GLTY
