Huge from the 10Q- for $APHD

TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES after all these known conversions recently as of Sept 26th is 783mil
That is still incredible decent for an OTC stock!! Next conversion appears in November- so the door is open for an excellent bounce and move here.

Also- this clearly details that with this filing- $APHD will move to CURRENT status !!! That is also a huge value added to shareholders. The goal was to go current and then update shareholders on where they are at with ARALOC and other acquisitions pontentially.



IMO- Management at $APHD has issued out several filings and an 8k to completely add clarity to shareholders and now have positioned themselves to present VALUE to shareholders via a corporate update and/or 8k of substance.
