I have seen no q's or yearly sec filings to confirm this..granted,the filings we do see are very optimistic with form 4's and contracts with large corporations....but no finacials to dig into the "soup to nuts" of their books and dealings...anxiousley await reviewing their financials...if their actually is zero debt and convertible notes...this thing should be in dollar land with this low float!!
Top Penny, didn't the latest $IMTL Q show some but not much convertible debt? If we see this has been paid off on the next Q, that may be one of the triggers of a nice upward move!
