True, but look at it this way, the decline from .02 has happened with less than 40M in volume on a stock with a float greater than 500M
The increase from .004 to .024 happened with about 230M in volume.
So we have 230M volume on the increase from .004 to .024 and only 40M in volume on the pullback from .024 to .01
Seems to me there are a lot of people holding and this is just a low volume pull back and consolidation
And poeple are buying as accumulation continues to rise higher and higher on the chart. This float is about as locked as it gets and people are trying to get more shares without setting things off. If someone tried to load millions of shares and slapped the ask this would move 30%-50% in a hurry
