Sure Petey will get the STOP SIGN off SOMETIME, he has done it MANY TIMES. Which begs the question, why doesn't he just stay current?

The financials he files to get rid of the Stop Sign are always HILARIOUS.

Does it cost anything to file the worthless financials? Not sure.

BUT what I am sure of is that he has to find $4650 to send to NV SOS so that good ol' Hop-On can get out of DEFAULT.

Since he hasn't paid his child support for the last 3 months, it seems very likely he doesn't have any money.

I say this because he loses his DL when he doesn't pay child support.

The way I understand it, after reading the CA rules, it happens automatically. OOPS.


Stop Sign is still there this morning. Guess it is taking Petey awhile to make up the numbers for the financials.
