Agree. This did not even need a reverse split. Much less 10k to 1. They issued one press release after that on OTC Markets. Nothing much that we did not already know. Then "the players" in this merger do a huge bond offering in Australia for whatever reason recently. Completely bipolar actions by management. Sometimes I wonder if Victor just got screwed by that dirty lawyer on the entire public OTC thing.
On a serious note. If TURA was serious about the stock???? They would at least be doing filings on OTC markets or SEC. We do not have a pulse here.
I was in when that huge R/S happened and lost my shirt. I never understood how anyone could just do that and then just act like ... ho hum... nothing for years, no explanation and no real reason. Its criminal if you ask me. I don't get how that makes any good business sense.
