Short interest not that high
77,620 shares short, or just under $1,400-worth of PURA is shorted. Can be covered in a couple trades, so there is no shorting problem at all.
Looks more like dumping by the toxic financiers, who get/convert their shares at steep discounts and immediately dump them to lock-in their profit.

PURA is a dilution nightmare stock, like related companies USMJ, ALKM, and MLCG.
