Trofee, your post is the most important of the day. Until that report is complete, NioCorp can't get off first base which is causing all this hysteria. But to all the loose hands and chicken littles, they aren't smart enough to take the time to figure out the cause of the delay. They just focus on the share price which is inane cause they don't want to use the brain that God gave them.
I've said it God knows at least 3 times today. Focus on the companies timelines for what they need to do to get the institutional investment.
That report is key.

Sorry to be so pointed but folks need to look at this investment from a 360 degree perspective and not hand select weak arguments based on 1 or 2 things.
