i recieved mine i have scottrade did you get them 3 days prior to the closing date that was the actual cut off for buying them

Since there is a 3 day period for a purchase to clear in the OTC market, then only cleared shares were eligible. I bought additional shares the week of the cutoff, but only received dividends on shares that cleared on or before April 7th. I believe anything purchased no later than April 4th should have cleared.
