Only the numbers are different. And technically speaking, that's not so much an update on the project as it is the tower. Because the project is still stalled and not moving forward.

Arizona Green Power LLC has submitted an "Amended" Pre-Certification Application" to the California Energy Commission.

When did they submit the original Application and how many decades does it take for approval?
